A mobile photo booth experience was produced with MKTG during the Toyota Sports Festival and traveled to multiple national auto show stops by coordinating with onsite production partners. The activation required freshly trained crews in every market, plus alignment on branding, A/V and WIFI set up as well as client sign-off.

APPROACH + OUTCOME

Sold the mobile photo booth experience directly to the client, positioning it as a repeatable platform for brand engagement at National Auto Show stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York through MKTG’s onsite production partners. Hired and managed local crews for every location, contracting photographers and technical staff, overseeing transport, approvals, display footprints, audio visual needs, and custom branding to protect the core promise in each market. This sales led ownership delivered measurable engagement to more than 350,000 attendees nationwide, strengthened awareness of the Toyota Sports Festival, and increased visibility of Toyota's Paralympic Athlete programs across the country.
